Suppose you are a domestic consumer and you need an electricity connection or you want to get an electricity connection for your institution or business. In that case, you can easily get a new connection from Fesco by following the procedure mentioned below. Online Application Process For FESCO New Connection

The Government of Pakistan has introduced the Electricity New Connection (ENC) System for the convenience of consumers through which consumers can easily submit applications for new electricity connections at home. To obtain a new connection, please scan the following documents and keep a soft copy of these documents in the form of JPG or PDF.

Step 1

After obtaining the soft copy of all the mentioned documents, please visit the ENC system website.

After entering the ENC system website, you will see some icons on the left side of the screen, you have to click on the apply icon.

Step 3

After clicking on the apply icon, the New Connection online application form will open in front of you. Now enter the 14-digit reference number of your neighbor’s bill in the box on the right side of the screen. After entering the reference number in the space provided, select your respective distribution company and also select your electricity connection category as per your requirement.

Now scroll down this online form and enter your personal information.

If you own the property for which an electricity connection is required, click in the Landlord Owner box and if you are not the owner, click in the Tenant/Rental box.

Step 5

Now if you want to get an electricity connection for yourself and you are filling out this online application form by yourself, then simply scroll down this online form and click on the (same as above) box. Or if someone else is applying on your behalf, then he/she must enter his/her name and address and information about how that person is related to you.

Step 6

Now scroll down this online form and enter your other information.

Step 7

Attach your relevant documents and click on the submit option.

Offline Application Process For FESCO New Connection

You can also submit an application through the manual process for getting a new electricity connection. You can easily get an electricity connection by following the given procedure. Visit the nearest Fesco office or Fesco customer service center in your city and get an application form for a new electricity connection from there.

Inform the department in detail about the information asked in the application such as your name, complete address, phone number, and the type of electricity connection you want to get as per your requirement.

Attach a few necessary documents with your application form.

Submit all the necessary documents along with your application form at the Fesco office or Fesco customer service center and obtain your application diary number from the concerned officer. After a few days of submitting the application form, the Fesco staff will conduct a survey at the place where an electricity connection is required and the report will be submitted to the department. After all this process, you will be issued a demand notice by Fesco.

After receiving the demand notice, you should immediately submit it to the specified bank branch and keep a copy of it. A few days after submitting the demand notice, you will be provided with a new connection.
