Some Important Steps To Be Taken By FESCO Department Regarding The Holy Month Of Ramadan

FAISALABAD: Fesco management has completed operational preparations across the region to ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers during the holy month of Ramadan and summer. Generally, no load management will be done on all feeders in the Fesco region, especially during Sahar, Iftar, and Taraweeh hours.

According to the Fesco administration, all possible steps are being taken to relieve the customers. The Chief Executive Fesco Mohammad Amir said, all eight districts of the region, including Faisalabad, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Sargodha, Mianwali, Bhakkar, Khushab, and Chiniot, are being monitored for uninterrupted power supply during Ramadan. A special desk control room has been established, which will be operational 24 hours a day.

According to Chairman Fesco’s Board of Directors Malik Tahsin Awan, the staff have issued instructions to treat customers with the utmost courtesy and solve their problems immediately in the spirit of service.

As per the press release issued by the department, five Chief Engineers will monitor operational activities in six circles as monitors for immediate redressal of any emergency. Fesco has provided materials and safety devices in all stores and sub-divisions. Fesco management has warned the concerned authorities that strict action will be taken against the officials in case of slackness and laziness.
