You can easily check your Fesco Online Bill by following these steps.

  • First of all visit fescoebills.pk website.
  • Now keep your bill in front of you and enter the 14-digit reference number on your bill in the space provided.
  • After entering your reference number, simply click on the ‘Show Bill’ option.

Some Important Information About Your FESCO Online Bill

The electricity bill you pay mainly includes two types of charges. The charges which are imposed by the Government of Pakistan are called Government Charges while the other charges which are imposed by the respective distribution company are called Fesco Charges.

ED

ED stands for ‘Electricity Duty’. ED is basically a tax paid to the Government of Pakistan. ED is a tax levied on the cost of electricity units consumed by consumers. ED is generally 1.5% of the cost of units used by the consumers.

T.V Fee

TV stands for Television fee. TV Fee is a tax imposed by the Government of Pakistan which is levied for the benefit of Pakistan Television (PTV). And this tax is usually 35 rupees.

GST

GST stands for General Sales Tax. GST is also a tax imposed by the Government of Pakistan which is 17%. GST is generally charged at the rate of 17% on the cost of units consumed by consumers.

FPA

FPA stands for Fuel Price Adjustment. This is the most important tax that your respective distribution company collects from you. Since electricity in Pakistan is mostly generated with the help of oil, the cost of this oil is paid by consumers in the form of FPA. 

FC Surcharge

FC stands for Financing Cost surcharge. FC surcharge is also a tax levied by the electricity distribution company. FC surcharge is generally charged at 43 paisa per unit.

FESCO Bill Correction

As a Fesco customer, if you need any kind of correction in your bill, you can get your bill corrected by following these steps.

  • If your FESCO Online Bill includes arrears, show the paid bill and get it corrected from the bank or nearest customer service center or revenue officer.
  • In case the meter reading is wrong, get it corrected from the subdivision whose name is mentioned on the bill.
  • Return the power disconnection orders showing the arrears payment receipt.
  • If there is any objection regarding the bill, inform the concerned Sub Divisional Officer, nearest Customer Service Center, or Revenue Officer by the last date of payment mentioned on the bill.
